The UCCRO condemned another massive attack by the Russian Federation and called on the world to increase pressure on the aggressor

The All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations issued a statement in connection with the Russian Federation’s new large-scale terrorist attack against Ukrainian cities.

On the night of September 28, 2025, the Russian Federation launched dozens of missiles of various types and more than 600 drones at Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Bila Tserkva, and other settlements. The attacks destroyed hospitals, residential buildings, and other civilian facilities, killing or injuring dozens of civilians.

The statement emphasizes that Russia has once again demonstrated its criminal and misanthropic nature by carrying out this terrorist attack during the opening week of the new session of the UN General Assembly.

“Any support for the Russian Federation, including trade with it, means supporting murderers and terrorists, which entails not only moral responsibility but also responsibility before God, who is a Just Judge,” the document says.
