Compared to the previous year, when this figure was 19%, the share of Ukrainians who have suffered such losses has increased.

Changes compared to 2023

At the same time, the number of people who lost their income decreased from 29% to 24%, and the share of people who lost their jobs decreased from 22% to 17%.
Research methodology
The survey was conducted using the CATI method (computer-assisted telephone interview).
The survey involved 2000 respondents from all regions of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and places where there was no Ukrainian mobile communication at the time of the survey.
The statistical error does not exceed 2.2% with a confidence level of 0.95.
The survey results confirm the deep social, economic and psychological impact of the war on Ukrainians. The high level of losses and deterioration in the well-being of the population requires further expansion of state support programs, in particular in the field of psychological assistance and social protection.
